Ingredients

2 heads of Treviso radicchio late;
8 thick slices of smoked beef,
mustard to taste Lazzaris Veneta,
seasoning to taste with balsamic vinegar,
salt and extra virgin olive oil to taste;
Preparation
Wash and cut the radicchio, add to the beef, previously cut into thin strips and season with balsamic vinegar elixir. When serving garnish the dish with radicchio leaves or hearts, with the accompanying Lazzaris Mostarda Veneta. Elixir balsamic vinegar: United in a saucepan 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 6 tablespoons olive oil, a tablespoon of brown sugar , 6 leaves of basil with fresh ground black pepper. Stir for five minutes on low heat, then strain into a container with hermetic seal.
